WCYBA is under new board leadership. As we move forward, the current board is committed to strengthening our organization through transparency, accountability, consistency, and clear communication with our families. The board is currently reviewing existing bylaws, policies, and procedures, with updates and revisions being developed for the 2027 baseball season. These changes are intended to establish clear expectations, improve organizational operations, and ensure that decisions are made in the best interest of our players, families, and the league as a whole.

Until the revised bylaws are formally adopted, the current approved bylaws and applicable league rules and regulations will remain in effect.
